Spring Wellbeing Program - Online Sessions
We are excited to be running another fantastic series of online exercise sessions for the Spring program again this year, including boxing fitness, yoga, body weight workouts, mindfulness and seated exercise sessions. Only undertake sessions appropriate to your health and fitness levels. If you have any concerns, make sure you consult with a health professional before joining in the sessions.
The schedule of sessions will be updated regularly so make sure you check back in here regularly, or at your company portal page, for more information on upcoming online sessions.
